How to get from Cappadocia to Konya?
From Goreme/Cappadocia to Konya is 235 km. So, it is not that close to go by public transportation. There are 3 ways to get Konya from Cappadocia; intercity bus, private transfer, and day trip.
Intercity Bus from Cappadocia to Konya: First you need to get to the Göreme bus station, and buy your ticket. It takes about 4 hours and the price is about 70 – 100 lira. The most preferred bus company is Metro Turizm for this route.
Private Transfer from Cappadocia to Konya: This is the easiest solution that you may pick. It is about 100 – 150 USD for 1 to 6 persons. It takes about 3 hours. The driver picks you from any Hotel from Cappadocia and drops you at any place in Konya City. It is a direct, easy, and comfortable way of getting from Cappadocia to Konya.
Day Trip from Cappadocia to Konya: There are not many online travel agencies that operate Day Trips from Cappadocia to Konya. However, if you are already in the Cappadocia, you may find an agency after a couple of searches by visiting local travel agencies. The price range is about 50 – 100 USD per person. And, these trips include visits to the Konya Mevlana Museum (the most famous destination in Konya City).
How to go Pamukkale from Cappadocia?
The distance between Cappadocia to Pamukkale is about 620 km. And, unfortunately, you do not have that many transportation options for getting from Cappadocia to Pamukkale.
Intercity Bus from Cappadocia to Pamukkale: There are direct busses from Goreme to Denizli. The distance is about 10 – 12 hours due to the bus company you choose. Because some of them stop at more places on the way to Pamukkale. The price is around 180 – 220 lira. If you are not that used to long bus journeys, we don’t recommend this option. Some budget travelers prefer to take an overnight bus to Pamukkale since they save from paying for a hotel.
Private Transfer from Cappadocia to Pamukkale: This is another way how travelers reach from Göreme to Pamukkale. As we have indicated, the distance is about 620 km. And, the duration is about 8-9 hours. The price of picking private transfers from Turkey Cappadocia to Pamukkale is about 200 – 300 USD for 1 to 6 persons. Another advantage of picking private transfer is you may arrange a stop in Konya and visit Mevlana Museum.
Important Note: There is no direct flight from Cappadocia to Pamukkale. How to get from Cappadocia to Ephesus?
The distance between Cappadocia to Ephesus Ancient City is about 800 km. And, you have 3 options to reach Ephesus Ancient City; intercity bus, private transfer, and flight!
Intercity Bus from Cappadocia to Ephesus: There are more than 3 companies that operate busses; Kamilkoç, Nevsehir Seyahat, and Metro Turizm. The travel time is about 12-14 hours. The price range is about 200 – 250 lira. And, the key point is; your final destination should be Selcuk Town near the Ephesus Ruins while searching for your bus ticket.
Private Transfer from Cappadocia to Ephesus: The duration is about 9-11 hours due to the traffic condition. The price range is 250-350 USD 1 to 6 persons. It is the best way if you are thinking to have a stop in Konya City.
Flight from Cappadocia to Ephesus: This is the easiest and most comfortable way of getting from Cappadocia to Ephesus. There are 2 airline companies that operate flights; Turkish Airlines, and Sun Express. The worst thing about these flights is that they have very few flights. E.g: There is a maximum of 2 flights in a day. And, these flights generally depart very early or late. The price range is about 300 – 350 lira. And, note that you should stay overnight in Kusadasi or Selcuk Town. Be sure that your Hotel is not in Izmir city. Because Ephesus is about 65 km away from Izmir City.

How to get from Cappadocia to Antalya?
The distance between Cappadocia to Antalya City is about 550 km. And, you have 3 different options to reach from Cappadocia to Antalya City; intercity bus, private transfer, and flight!
Intercity Bus from Cappadocia to Antalya: There are more than 3 companies operates busses; Pamukkale Turizm, Nevsehir Seyahat, and Metro Turizm. The travel time is about 9-11 hours. The price range is about 170 – 200 lira. Not recommended to those who are not used to have long bus journeys.
Private Transfer from Cappadocia to Antalya: The duration is about 7-8 hours due to the traffic. The price range is 200 – 300 USD for 1 to 6 persons. It is the more expensive but most comfortable option compared to the others. However, it should be the best way if you are thinking to have a break in Konya city and visit the Mevlana Museum.
Flight from Cappadocia to Antalya: This is the easiest way of getting from Cappadocia to Antalya. There are 2 airline companies that operate flights; Turkish Airlines, and Sun Express. The worst thing about these flights is that they have very few flights. So, the last-minute reservation is almost impossible since it becomes full very fast.
Note that they do not have flights from Nevsehir Airport (NAV). There are only flights from/to Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR). And, the Airport code of Antalya Airport is AYT.
